At the Big Railway Meeting in Lauingen we were able to receive two prototypes of the Class 89.8 (Bavarian R 3/3) from Fine Models. Unfortunately, the two ladies suffered a bit during transport from Korea to Germany, but we don't want to withhold them from you.
Today was the day: we photographed the two machines and are preparing a vehicle portrait with many details for you. This will appear in the upcoming issue 37 of our magazine. Furthermore, Fine Models has expanded its range with a model of the Bundesbahn in epoch IIIb. The locomotive with the DB logo was stationed at the Bebra depot in the Kassel region.
