We have just received news that is as interesting as it is important:
On the weekend of 18/19 October 2025, the Ebermannstadt town hall in the Franconian Switzerland the Track 1 Days will take place. The organiser is Tom Steiner/BMB, who is following on from his successful trade fair in Mellrichstadt in December 2022 (the hall there is not available on a suitable date this year). Several exhibitors have already confirmed their participation.
The great railway will also be included in Ebermannstadt - after all, it is home to the DFS (Dampfbahn Fränkische Schweiz), which supports this event with a wide range of activities. The association's vehicles will be on display, an extensive programme of special trips is planned, etc. There will be a number of different prototype vehicles, including some that are not based there and have travelled here especially for the event.
Ebermannstadt is conveniently located to the north of Nuremberg, close to the A 3, A 9 and A 73 motorways and can be reached by train from Forchheim every hour.
The exhibition hall is slightly further away from the railway station than in Mellrichstadt, max. 10 minutes on foot. However, there will also be a shuttle service with vintage buses.
