The metre-gauge MEG on the Upper Rhine
From the Strasbourg and Lahr tramway to SWEG
The Strasbourg tramway company on the left bank of the Rhine, which was founded in 1877 in what was then Alsace-Lorraine, and the Lahr tramway company, which opened in central Baden in 1889, grew into an international tramway company until the First World War.

Track 1 in the transport centre of the Deutsches Museum in Munich
The Munich module group of EinsBahnerBayern will be presenting its layout to the public on 30 December 2025 and from 2 to 6 January 2026. Visitors can expect lively activity on the modules. Entry is included in museum admission.

Donation campaign 2 - Refurbishment of 043 903-4
The original locomotive sign
The locomotive plate of the last steam locomotive used by the Bundesbahn, which was also auctioned off on eBay, raised €1,633 on Sunday, 7 December 2025. The amount will be donated in favour of refurbishing the engine to an operational condition.

Fundraising campaign 1 - Aufbau BW Crailsheim
The G10 as a one-off from KM1
Last Saturday, 6 December 2025, the Ebay auction of the G10 produced by KM1 for the fundraising campaign generated proceeds of €1,109. The entire amount will go towards the reconstruction of the Crailsheim depot, which was damaged by a fire.

Online shop from BMB - Bee's Modellbahn
The manufacturer has revamped its website, which now also includes an online shop. Here, customers can purchase models in stock directly and pre-order new products electronically.

Shutdown 01-gauge model railways
Due to Frank Elze's state of health, the family has decided to discontinue the operation of Spur 01 Modellbahnen GmbH with effect from today. The Kds 67, Silberlinge and E36 wagon projects will be transferred to the manufacturer Bee's Modellbahn.
