The 89 series8 Bavarian R 3/3
The C-coupled tank locomotive was an indispensable backbone in the heavy push and shunting service of the Royal Bavarian State Railways (K.Bay.Sts.B.). The manufacturer of fine models is announcing the steam locomotive in eight variants. Three versions of these are in Era II a-c, four in III a and b, and the 4701, exhibited in the DB Museum Koblenz, in Era VI.
Until September 2026, the model can be ordered at the price of €2,690; from October, this will increase to €2,890. Finescale and PUR can each be ordered for an additional charge of €150.
