Spur 1 Austria has today unlocked the product page with the option to pre-order and published this with a newsletter. From now on, the locomotive, built in several thousand units, can be chosen from a variety of 34 variants.
However, the Austrians point out the special feature of their website regarding the production of the diverse possibilities. Thus, it is planned to produce between 12 and 15 variations in a first lot. This way, interested model railway enthusiasts will be involved in the decision regarding which locomotives will be produced and which will be postponed to a later production lot, where, if necessary, other versions may be realised.
Besides the 3810-40 is also the P( with an unusual appearance in the form of the 7810 In planning. Due to the very close relationship between the two locomotives, the possibility arises to be able to offer this exotic-looking variant in addition. It will be produced in four versions.
